As the Café Manager, you will lead all aspects of daily operations for our café and an on?site Starbucks. With operating hours from Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., this role offers an ideal work–life balance—perfect for someone looking to take their first step into corporate foodservice. With a consistent schedule (6:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.) and a high?performing culinary and operational team, you’ll enhance excellence through your leadership, retail expertise, and hospitality skills. Key Responsibilities: Lead café operations and ensure exceptional service for all guests Hire, supervise, train, and coach associates Ensure compliance with all sanitation, safety, and cleaning standards Manage operations within the established budget Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of café operations experience; leadership experience preferred A strong desire to lead and grow professionally within the hospitality industry Operational knowledge of POS systems, marketing and retail standards, and sanitation regulations Proficient computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet use ServSafe or Department of Health certification preferred Associates at Restaurant Associates are offered many fantastic benefits.
