Job Description Job Description Our client, a national think tank in Washington, DC, is seeking a temporary HR Records Audit Support to assist their team on a part-time basis! About the Job: Conduct a comprehensive audit of records and files. Ensure document accuracy and consistency through document standardization and organization. Record audit findings in the internal database and tracker. Recommend opportunities to streamline and improve practices. Other duties and special projects as assigned. About You: 1 years of HR experience is highly desired. Strong detail orientation and ability to work under tight deadlines. Familiarity with Monday.com is highly preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. About the Position: Pays $20/hr Temporary for 2 months, starting ASAP!
