customers in a professional and friendly manner to understand their
automotive needs and preferences. Provide detailed product
information, conduct test drives, and explain features and benefits
to potential customers. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve
individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall
success of the dealership. Conduct follow-up activities with
prospective and existing customers to build lasting relationships
and secure repeat business. Negotiate and finalize sales agreements
while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to dealership
policies. Collaborate with the finance and insurance departments to
facilitate the completion of paperwork and ensure a smooth
transaction process. Participate in ongoing training and
professional development programs to enhance product knowledge and
sales skills. Qualifications: Proven experience in automotive sales
is a plus. Must be coachable and willing to follow our systems and
processes. People with strong desire to success. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build
rapport with customers. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Knowledge of automotive products, features, and technologies.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a customer-centric
approach. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic team
environment. High level of integrity and professionalism.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed. Valid driver's
