Serco has the right opportunity for you!As the Logistics & Configuration Analyst (Navy), you will be part of Team Submarine, located in Washington, DC. In this role, you will bring your expertise and collaborative skills to support military defense and ensure the safety of our sailors.Serco supports the US Navy through the Team Submarine contract, focusing on maintenance, sustainment, and disposal of in-service submarines. The team unifies submarine-related activities into a single organization to improve communication and eliminate inefficiencies in research, development, acquisition, and maintenance of submarines.In this role, you will:

• Coordinate with submarine In-Service Engineering Agents (ISEA), operational and logistic stakeholders to understand change proposals.
• Disseminate information and respond to requests for the Configuration Control Board stakeholders regarding change requests.
• Follow through on change implementation across program systems and logistics chains.
• Collaborate with team members and NAVSEA clients to collect and analyze data.QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you should have:

• Active or current DoD Secret clearance.
• US Citizenship.
• Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field, or an Associate's Degree with 2 years of additional experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of additional experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in engineering/science management or operations research analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with technical details.
• Experience leading projects and interfacing with end customers.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule (3-4 days in-office, 1-2 days remote).
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.Additional desired skills and experience:
  • SharePoint experience.
  • Experience with Navy acquisition and submarine programs.
  • Active-duty submarine service experience.
