Are you a skilled and motivated technician looking to take your HVAC career to the next level? We're hiring a Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team and help us deliver A New Industry Standard - one built on professionalism, integrity, and personalized customer service.

In this role, you'll perform installation, maintenance, diagnostics, and repair services on a wide range of commercial HVAC/R systems. You'll be a critical part of a team that values technical excellence, clear communication, and customer-focused solutions.



Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair a variety of commercial HVAC/R systems and equipment, including:

o VRF systems, chillers, cooling towers, boilers (steam and hydronic), unitary systems, RTUs, VFDs, and related components

- Respond to service calls and work orders promptly and professionally in accordance with company standards and code of conduct

- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to identify issues and guide repair solutions

- Maintain accurate documentation using CRM systems to track service details and equipment history

- Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, client-specific protocols, and applicable codes and regulations

- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients regarding diagnoses, repairs, and service outcomes

- Maintain company tools, vehicle, and equipment inventory responsibly

- Support other team members and collaborate across departments when needed



Required Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or trade school training preferred

- 2-5 years of experience as a commercial HVAC/R technician or field service technician

- Strong mechanical and/or electrical aptitude

- OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 or higher preferred

- EPA Certification and relevant trade licenses preferred

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

- Ability to manage multiple service calls independently

- Proficiency with hand tools, diagnostic instruments, and digital tools (e.g., tablets, service software, combustion analyzers, gauges)
