Role Overview:
As a Senior Mechanical Systems Engineer, you will play a key role in the design and technical leadership of building services engineering projects. You will focus on mechanical systems design while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

- Design and development of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and fire protection systems

- Perform heating/cooling load calculations and energy modeling

- Select equipment and prepare detailed technical specifications

- Lead construction administration and oversee BIM coordination

- Conduct facility assessments, energy audits, and design alternative evaluations

- Support manpower planning and cost estimation for projects

- Contribute to renewable energy and energy conservation strategies


What We're Looking For:

- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering

- PE licensure with 5-15 years of relevant experience and progressive leadership roles

- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit

- LEED accreditation, Certified Energy Manager (CEM), or Building Commissioning experience is highly desirable
