JOB Description

• Supports the IT team in the maintenance of hardware, software and other systems
• Troubleshoots issues with equipment like printers, computers and servers
• Runs software updates backups when requested
• Participates in the development of new desktops, servers or applications
• May research hosting options and report pricing and system options to supervisors
• May research unusual bugs or issues the company encounters
• Participates in IT special projects (e.g., SharePoint) under the guidance of senior staff
• Records events and problems and their resolution in logs
• Follows-up and updates IT tasks status and information
• Identifies and suggests possible improvements on procedures Required Qualifications/Experience
  
  Willing to learn, study and train
  • Basic understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
  • Be enrolled in a four-year degree in the IT field Other Requirements:
