.The Senior Product Leader is responsible for driving product
strategy & delivery. This role will ensure that our products and
associated services are compliant with industry standards, aligned
with market demand, meeting or exceeding customer expectations, and
exceeding revenue targets.Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and drive product strategy as it relates to Value-Based
Care products as part of our LTPAC/Senior Care suite of
offerings.
- Envision viable new strategies & solutions with a focus on
understanding customer business problems / opportunities.
- Iteratively test concepts with customers & prospects to inform
decisions.
- Coordinate content and functional product roadmaps across our
product portfolio.
- Drive value propositions for our product suite.
- Define & refine production milestones, success metrics and
go-to-market efforts.
- Train internal and external stakeholders on product features
and capabilities when needed.
- Establish & manage relationships with internal and external
stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Engineering teams to drive product development
projects through the planning, definition, development, testing,
and pre-launch phases.
- Ensure successful launch of new & enhanced products and
features.
- Conduct in-depth market and competitive analysis regarding
associated products and services.
- Track in-market adoption and success solutions.
- Stay abreast of changing customer needs and industry
trends.
- Monitor secondary research and market data.
- Collect and summarize customer feedback to drive satisfaction
and adoption.
- Drive results through effective communication - build rapport,
anticipate and prepare for questions, communicate calmly under
pressure and be a good listener.
- Maintain performance standards while working remotely (where
applicable).
- Represent the company with a high degree of knowledge,
integrity, and professionalism.Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's Degree in informatics, computer science, information
technology, or healthcare related field of study; master's degree
preferred OR relevant direct experience in the clinical domain -
focus on nursing care and/or the Senior Care market preferred
- Proven track record managing commercial software products
through the entire product lifecycle at an experienced level
- Working knowledge of standard clinical concepts/terminology,
e.g., SNOMED, LOINC, UMLS, and other applicable standards
- Experience reading and interpreting guidelines issued by
regulatory and compliance bodies, such as CMS
- Demonstrated success working with internal and external
stakeholders and managing partner relationships
- Success working in Agile Scrum methodology (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to quickly develop expertise on new
products and best practices
- Experience collaborating with user experience (UX) and
designers (preferred)
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams (without
formal authority) to solve problems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, both oral and
written; ability to explain new concepts to audiences with no prior
knowledge or information
- Ability to react quickly to changing priorities and tight
deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail
