JOB DESCRIPTION - LEASE ADMINISTRATORABOUT: Founded in 1967, our client, a successful commercial real-estate company, employs 1,140 people throughout the 3 business divisions (approximately 30 people in accounting/administration). They are a full-service commercial real-estate firm with nearly 16 million sq. feet of office in more than 70 locations. They own and manage more commercial space they any privately held developer in the Baltimore/Washington area. They are unique in the way that they build for the long-term and manage all of their properties internally. They have also been included on the Baltimore Sun Top for 10 years in a row.

• FREE gym membership Some responsibilities of the team include:
  • All lease related entry and management of company's database - currently, Yardi 7S
  • Handle cash receipt entry for portfolio
  • Monthly, quarterly, and annual billings to tenants, and any adjustments
  • Review of tenant ledgers; along with reconciliations, and adjustments
  • Prepare, send, and track tenant/landlord documentation, including, but not limited to, commencement letters and tenant contact forms Minimum Required Skills and Experience:
    • Minimum of 3 years work experience
    • Knowledge of basic accounting, including but not limited to, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and tenant ledgers
    • Strong skills with Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as Adobe Acrobat - Use of Microsoft SharePoint and Yardi are a plus
    • Must be self-motivated, hardworking, analytical, and proactive, with a high level of attention to detail
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Ability to identify, qualify and prioritize workload
    • Team oriented and team player
    • Fluent in English
