The Workday Support Analyst - Financials configures and
maintains the organization's Workday financials. This position
assists in identifying new organization needs and the solutions to
fulfill those needs. The Analyst deploys the proper solutions by
gathering requirements, documenting options and configuring and
testing the system. The position partners with the functional
owners to identify opportunities to use the tools to support
business and operational needs. The Global Workday support team is
a unified in supporting the Workday tenant, but an analyst would be
asked to support Workday Financials. This role can be 100%
Plan the development and maintenance of data analysis to support
short and long-range functional priorities (Finance).
Develop and maintain ERP system integrations with other business
systems and external vendors.
Make configuration updates to existing programs to gather and
report data as necessary.
Maintain system training materials and provide needed training
to functional areas and employees.
Required: Bachelor's degree. 3+ years of Workday experience. 1+
year experience in Workday Financials.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Accounting. CPA.
