$67k-77k/yr. (depending on experience) Location: York, PA Shift:
2nd: Mon-Fri (3:30pm to 12pm) Description: Cannonball Recruiting is
seeking a Fabrication Supervisor for a military defense
manufacturing facility in York, PA. Requirements: 5 years of
experience in a manufacturing fabrication work environment 3 years
of experience of supervisory/management experience 2 years of
experience with MS Office and ERP systems Basic Welding experience
Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, blueprint reading, and
work station set-up/lay-outs Strong leadership skills U.S. Citizen
Ability to supervise employees in a Union work setting Job Duties:
Lead and direct hourly union personnel in fabrication operations
Assign work, train employees, and monitor quality and productivity
Ensure safety compliance and resolve safety concerns Maintain
accurate records, enforce work rules, and support morale Coordinate
workflow across departments to ensure efficient production
Recommend improvements in manufacturing methods and processes
Communicate effectively with engineering, other shifts, and
