Job Details Salary: From $16 to $18 an hour Job Type: Full-Time Location: Manassas, VA 20110 Key Responsibilities Check in newly arriving new and pre-owned motorcycle inventory. Inspect motorcycles for damage and document findings for reimbursement purposes. Record damage descriptions and list missing items on delivery receipts. Keep all display and lot areas clean and organized. Park new motorcycles in display areas efficiently, maximizing space usage. Perform light maintenance tasks on motorcycles and property as needed. Prepare the lot for special events and promotional campaigns. Transport customers safely when necessary. Deliver motorcycles to other dealers as part of dealer trades. Assist with miscellaneous duties such as property maintenance, snow removal, and other tasks assigned by the manager. Work Environment This role requires physical activity in all weather conditions, including walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and handling motorcycles. Tasks include using snow removal equipment and maintaining outdoor and indoor property areas. Qualifications Valid Virginia motorcycle driver's license is required. Acceptable driving record. Ability to ride and handle large touring motorcycles safely. Reliable transportation to and from work. Punctuality and consistent attendance are essential. Strong team player with good communication skills. Physical Requirements Ability to walk, mount, and dismount motorcycles in various weather conditions. Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds. Comfortable using snow blowers, brooms, shovels, scrapers, and shop vacuums. Ability to move and rearrange office equipment and perform general building maintenance. Strength to push heavy motorcycles into display areas.
