Logistics USA is hiring full-time W-2 Class A CDL drivers based in
Atlantic City, NJ. Opportunities are available across over-the-road
(OTR), regional, and dedicated fleets, primarily operating east of
I?35. We provide steady freight, reliable home time, late?model
equipment, and a comprehensive pay and benefits package with
benefits beginning on day one. We hire experienced drivers and
recent CDL school graduates through a paid training program for
qualified candidates with at least 120 hours of instruction.
Compensation and benefits Weekly pay: $1,400 to $1,800 per week,
paid by direct deposit every Friday; exact pay depends on
experience and route. Paid training: Fully paid three- to five-week
program for new graduates who meet the training hours requirement.
Bonuses: Safety and performance bonus opportunities available. Home
time: Weekly or every two weeks, depending on fleet assignment.
Equipment: Assigned 2024 or 2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors.
Day-one benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k)
with company match after eligibility; paid time off and paid
holidays; company-paid life and AD&D insurance. Additional
policies: Pet and rider policies and paid orientation. Typical
duties Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer in accordance with
DOT and company regulations. Haul no-touch dry van freight,
approximately 70% drop-and-hook, for major customers across the
Eastern U.S. Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery
commitments. Keep accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs.
Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team
members. Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
Qualifications Valid Class A CDL. Experienced drivers are welcome;
recent CDL school graduates accepted if they have at least 120
hours of instruction and meet training program eligibility.
Satisfactory driving record and strong safety focus. Able to pass
