Job Description Job Description Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Job Title: Warehouse Manager Location: Giordano Garden Groceries Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations, manage shipping and inventory, and ensure efficiency and safety in a fast-paced environment. This role is critical in maintaining product quality, team coordination, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and maintain daily inventory levels of produce and packaging Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently Accurately complete all shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation Ensure trucks are loaded correctly and on schedule Create, maintain, and implement daily driver schedules to ensure timely deliveries and efficient routing Maintain a safe working environment and report any unsafe conditions or product/equipment damage Foster and uphold high standards of quality throughout the facility Provide leadership and support to warehouse staff Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow Core Competencies & Skills: Communication: Clear and professional verbal and written communication; ability to listen, give feedback, and maintain transparency Leadership: Motivate and guide teams with a positive attitude; lead by example Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities in high-pressure situations Delegation: Assign tasks effectively and develop team capabilities Time Management: Prioritize responsibilities and manage deadlines efficiently Conflict Resolution: Mediate disputes and foster a cohesive team environment Motivation & Influence: Inspire and recognize employees to promote morale and performance Requirements: Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed Skilled in using computer-based inventory systems and preparing reports Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent attendance and punctuality Commitment to safe working practices Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required Benefits: Competitive pay (commensurate with experience) Health insurance Performance-based bonuses or incentives Paid time off (PTO) vacation, sick days, and personal days Positive work environment within a well-established and growing company Opportunities for internal promotion Discounted company product
