Workers Compensation Attorney to join our team in Conshohocken,
Pennsylvania. This long-term contract opportunity is ideal for a

workers compensation law and civil litigation. The role requires a
strong ability to manage complex legal matters and provide
exceptional representation for clients. Responsibilities: •
Represent clients in workers compensation cases, ensuring their
rights are protected and advocating for fair outcomes. • Draft and
file legal motions, briefs, and other necessary documents with
precision and attention to detail. • Conduct discovery processes,
including gathering evidence and preparing documentation to support
case arguments. • Offer expert legal advice and interpretation of
workers compensation law to clients. • Collaborate with colleagues
and other legal professionals to build strong case strategies. •
Manage civil litigation cases, demonstrating excellent courtroom
presence and negotiation skills. • Ensure compliance with all
applicable regulations and legal standards in workers compensation
matters. • Maintain thorough knowledge of workers compensation laws
and stay updated on changes in legislation. • Prepare clients for
legal proceedings by explaining processes and setting realistic
expectations. • Handle legal matters efficiently while upholding
the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.•
Active license to practice law in New Jersey (NJ Bar required). •
Proven experience in workers compensation law and civil litigation.
