Vantor, Inc., a pioneer in IT solutions, is seeking a dedicated Program Security Officer to join our Government Services division. This role is crucial in safeguarding our AI-driven technology projects and ensuring compliance with federal safety and security protocols. The ideal candidate will work closely with both our technology teams and government partners to implement and oversee comprehensive security programs aligned with stringent government standards. This position entails managing classified information, handling incident responses, and ensuring operational security measures are flawlessly executed for the protection of vital assets within the realm of digital transformation and advanced data analytics. Develop and administer security programs in alignment with governmental standards. Manage and classify sensitive information related to AI technologies and data services. Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities. Liaise with government bodies to ensure compliance with federal security regulations. Implement training sessions for staff regarding security awareness and procedures. Handle security incidents and breaches, overseeing the investigative process and response actions. Strong knowledge of federal security regulations and protocols Ability to manage and classify sensitive information Proficiency in conducting security audits and risk assessments Excellent communication and coordination skills Capacity to develop and deliver security training programs Experience with incident response and crisis management 401k Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Industrial Security Professional (ISP) certification preferred
