Job Description:

ManTech is seeking a dedicated Systems Engineer to join our innovative team supporting mission-critical national security programs. As part of the engineering department, this position will play a key role in the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex systems critical to our nation's defense capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of systems engineering principles and an ability to apply them to advanced technology solutions in the military, aerospace, and defense sectors. Analyze and evaluate system requirements and develop appropriate engineering solutions. Design and integrate complex systems that meet national security needs. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure system compatibility. Identify, evaluate, and document system risks and propose mitigation strategies. Support system installations, testing, and maintenance activities. Prepare technical documentation and system reports. Proficient in systems engineering software and tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with defense technologies and standards. Ability to work collaboratively in high-pressure environments. Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) Project Management Professional (PMP), preferred.
