We are looking for a Finance Systems Specialist to bridge the gap
between financial strategy and technical execution. You will be the
architect of our enterprise FP&A ecosystem, optimizing Oracle
EPBCS and EPCM to drive sophisticated cost allocation,
profitability modeling, and scalable forecasting solutions. Your
Impact Strategy to Spec: Transform complex business requirements
into high-performing functional designs within the EPM environment.
System Evolution: Lead the charge on process improvements, building
out driver-based models and "what-if" scenario analyses that
empower leadership. Hands-on Configuration: Own the lifecycle of
EPBCS and EPCM—from writing business rules and designing dashboards
to managing security and deployments. Cross-Functional Partnership:
Act as the vital link between Finance and Tech, ensuring seamless
data integration and automation. What You Bring EPM Expertise:
Experience managing EPBCS and EPCM. Tech Stack Mastery: Advanced
skills in Smart View, SQL, and Excel. Bonus points for experience
with Power BI, Tableau, or OAC. Agile Mindset: The ability to
thrive in fast-paced settings and translate "finance-speak" into
