Job Description:
Aveanna Healthcare, a leading national provider of diversified
home healthcare and pediatric therapy services, is seeking a
dedicated Staffing Paraprofessional to join our dynamic team. This
role focuses on supporting our educational programs by assisting in
the recruitment, placement, and administrative coordination of
educational staff who deliver direct services to students in a home
setting. The Staffing Paraprofessional will play a critical role in
ensuring that our educational staffing needs are met with the
highest level of efficiency and care, directly contributing to
educational outcomes and student success. Assist in the
recruitment, screening, and placement of educational staff
including special education teachers and therapists. Coordinate
with human resources and educational departments to identify
staffing needs and requirements. Manage schedules and assignment
logistics for educational staff across multiple home locations.
Maintain accurate staffing records and provide administrative
support such as preparing reports and correspondence. Assist in
onboarding and training of new educational staff members.
Collaborate with the compliance department to ensure all
educational staff meet regulatory and company requirements. Strong
organizational and administrative skills. Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and
priorities effectively. Knowledge of educational staffing and
recruitment processes. Proficiency with HR software and MS Office
tools. Medical Insurance HR Certification (SHRM-CP or PHR)
preferred.
