We are hiring a Healthcare Locum Tenens recruiter to assist in filling our opportunities for Advanced Practice Professionals and Physicians across the nation. Job Details: Source and screen candidates via cold calls, email marketing campaigns, job board postings, resume searches, and referrals Qualify candidates based on level of experience, credentials, and specific standards set by the Joint Commission Build and maintain a viable pipeline of interested candidates Communicate our recruitment, onboarding, and staffing processes clearly by managing expectations and providing guidance to your candidates Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of communication and activity Collaborate closely with all members of the team Become knowledgeable in GHR policies/procedures, HIPPA privacy guidelines, and Joint Commission compliance standards Gain a comprehensive understanding of our clients, their needs, and the various nuances of the specialties we staff Requirements Bachelor’s degree highly preferred 3 years successful experience in recruiting APP professionals and Physicians in an Agency Setting Ability to focus in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Must be motivated and sales driven as your level of activity directly impacts your earning potential Must possess strong organizational and follow-through skills to ensure tasks are complete Strong attention to detail Excellent computer skills and ability to pick up new software and technology quickly Ability to take ownership of tasks and work independently; seeking assistance immediately if needed What We Offer: Base salary PLUS an aggressive commission structure On-going training and development, specific to our industry and your role to provide a true career opportunity A truly collaborative team environment where we work hard and always celebrate our wins Tremendous career growth opportunities Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k Retirement Plan, PTO, and holidays For immediate consideration, apply today!
