Job Description Job Description Job Title: Warehouse Worker Job Description Join our team as a Warehouse Worker where you will be engaged in hands-on tasks within a dynamic warehouse environment. You will be responsible for the disassembly of electronics using basic hand tools and will handle computer and data entry tasks related to inventory management. The role requires lifting up to 40 lbs regularly and offers rotational duties across several departments. Responsibilities Disassemble electronics using basic hand tools such as screwdrivers, drills, and hammers. Perform data entry tasks using a proprietary internal system and Microsoft Excel. Handle the disassembly of computer components, outdated/damaged server racks, and memory banks. Rotate through various departments for diverse task exposure. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and wear steel toe or composite boots. Essential Skills 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred. Proficiency in computer literacy, especially Microsoft Excel. Ability to follow written directions accurately. Capability to stand for an 8-hour shift. Experience in using hand tools. Additional Skills & Qualifications Strong attention to detail for sorting materials. Ability to work well in a teamwork-oriented environment. Why Work Here? Work Environment The warehouse specializes in the data wiping and either resale or destruction of old computers, racks, and servers. The team is cross-trained across different departments to enhance skill sets and versatility. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM. Steel toe or composite boots are mandatory for safety. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Front Royal, VA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
