Position Description Overview: The Department of Defense is

*Basic Qualifications: * SES Candidates: Must meet the Executive
Core Qualifications (ECQs) set by OPM. ST Candidates: Must possess
exceptional scientific, engineering, or research expertise at the
national level. SL Candidates: Must have highly specialized
knowledge in critical government functions. U.S. Citizenship is
