.Position Location:Remote, North AmericaPosition Summary:We are
hiring for a Human Resources leader that is motivated by growth
potential, continuous improvement, and is passionate about
developing human capital strategies that align to the business
needs. The Sr. Human Resources Partner will provide sound HR
leadership by identifying, creating and driving key people
strategies with business partners to take the businesses and
functions to the next level of performance. In addition, they are
responsible for implementing, driving, and maintaining enterprise
HR programs into their business areas. The role requires a
strategic leader who is both strategic as well as tactical when
needed; leading business focused initiatives while leveraging the
HR employee success team to manage transactional activity for
employees and managers.The Sr. Human Resources Partner will partner
primarily with our executive leaders and their management teams
within the covered client groups. The Sr. Human Resources Business
Partner will be a part of the Human Resources Leadership team where
the person will play a critical role in helping to formulate the
people strategies for the company. As a trusted advisor, the Sr.
Human Resources Business Partner will also work with key
stakeholders across multiple departments in support of our
organizational goals and objectives. The Ideal Candidate
Profile:

- You are a true business partner: This role requires continuous
interaction with senior leaders on a variety of business related
topics, and you have extensive experience addressing and overcoming
challenges related to organizational design, sales plans and other
complex compensation programs, reorganizations, complex employee
relations, and change management. Previous experience supporting
high functioning business units such as Product, Engineering, and
Operations.
- You thrive in a high growth, fast-paced global organization:
You have experience supporting organizations through rapid growth,
and understand the HR challenges that often accompany it. You are
energized by multi-tasking, You are well versed in organizational
design and can ensure that the HR support model is scaled
appropriately. It is imperative that you have extensive experience
supporting HR Operations in both Canada and the U.S., and that you
recognize the HR policy and legislative requirements that may vary
by State and Province. You also bring experience working for a
global organization with remote workers across multiple time zones,
and have implemented processes and programs to create an inclusive
work environment.
- You're an HR expert: You have in-depth knowledge of Human
Resources laws, strategies, policies, and practices. You're a
master at defining procedures, implementing strategic policies, and
selecting evaluation criteria to measure your results against HR
and Corporate objectives.
- You're a strategic advisor: You understand the complex
challenges senior leaders face in a dynamic, changing business
environment. As such, you're prepared to support and consult on
leadership development, talent calibration, company culture
initiatives, and performance management.
- You have a solid business acumen: You build strategic
partnerships and relationships with leaders and employees to solve
complex, HR focused business challenges. You are well versed in the
HR budget line items, mid to long term growth plans, organizational
and departmental culture and values. You also provide HR solutions
to effectively manage costs, anticipate needs, nurture talent,
minimize risk, and optimize employee performance.What you bring to
the role:

- Proven success as an HR Business Partner at a medium-to-large
size high-tech organization. We have a preference for candidates
with HRBP experience supporting PEO, Product, Engineering, and
Operations.
- As this role will require you to help develop and mentor junior
HR Business Partners, we value outstanding people leadership
skills. You are recognized as a talent developer and exceptional
leader by your direct reports and/or team members.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong relationship
building and change management capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

best practices.
- A natural ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with
continuous change.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, project management,
communication, problems solving, influence, and consultation skills
required in addition to a demonstrated ability to form excellent
working relationships with the business and within HR
- Ability to triage issues, consult and seek to understand,
generate solutions, make difficult decisions, resolve conflict, and
apply sound judgment
- B.Sc./B.A. Degree with specialization in business management or
