The Maitre'D (Supervisor) is a position that is found in locations with a high business volume and an expansive and complex food and beverage operation. This position makes an inmpact driving business at the door and assists in supervising the activities of servers, runners, and bartenders. The Maitre'D (Supervisor) participates in and conducts daily pre-shift meetings. The Maitre'D (Supervisor) possesses the highest comprehension of our food and beverage menus, and is ultimately responsible for providing present, proper, refined tableside and bar service for various meal periods including events.
