Job Description:

Regency Furniture is searching for a Customer Service Representative to provide our guest a 5 star customer experience. At Regency Furniture, our Customer Service Representatives promote quality customer service and maintain positive relationship with internal and external guest. We are a positive, team oriented environment with opportunities for growth!As a Customer Service Representative, you will:--- Answer a high volume of calls ---- Support sales staff by finalizing tickets quickly and efficiently ---- Handle customer concerns in person and over the phone--- Gain a thorough knowledge of policies and procedures ---- Review and edit customer orders--- Create and maintain various delivery and service data ---- Dispatch drivers--- Provide thorough explanation to customers about estimate times during the process (financing, policies, delivery, pick-up, etc.)--- Provide reports--- Schedule and close deliveries ---- Assist with pricing, tagging, promotions and organization as needed ---- Schedule service calls ---- Make daily calls to customers (delivery updates/confirmations, pick-ups, thank you and follow ups)--- Follow assigned schedule--- Attend all require meetings
As a Customer Service Representative, you must: ---- Have a High School diploma or GED--- Have the ability to work a retail schedule including weekends, nights and holidays--- Have strong professional communication skills (bilingual is a plus)--- Possess the ability to read, analyze, and interpret common publications related to field of expertise (sales & finance contracts, delivery orders, etc.) ---- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers or vendors--- Ability to calculate figures (discounts, interest, commission, percentages, area, etc.)--- Be able to lift/ move up to 25 pounds, regularly--- Possess computer literacy (Microsoft Outlook, Work, Excel, and Windows) -
