Licenses: PA license or Compact License (IMLC)
Board: Board Certified or Eligible in General Surgery
DEA: Yes
Certifications: Robotic preferred but not required
Other Qualifications: Wide range of general surgery acumen, scopes not required

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide 24-hour beeper call coverage
Respond to call-ins with 2-4 hours of on-site work per day
Perform general surgery procedures (excluding scopes)
Manage a varied patient population in a hospital setting
Utilize EPIC EMR system for documentation
