Job Description Now Hiring: Hospice Aide (CNA) Compassion in
action. Care that truly matters. Are you a Certified Nursing
Assistant (CNA) driven by compassion and a desire to support
patients with dignity and respect? We’re seeking a dedicated
Hospice Aide to provide essential personal care services to
patients in a hospice setting under the supervision of a Registered
Nurse. Position Summary As a Hospice Aide, you will play a vital
role in enhancing comfort, safety, and quality of life for hospice
patients. This position focuses on hands-on personal care,
emotional support, and close observation, helping ensure patients
feel respected, supported, and cared for during every moment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assist patients with activities
of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment
Support patients’ emotional and psychosocial well-being Observe,
document, and report changes in patients’ conditions to the nursing
team Provide care with compassion, discretion, and professionalism
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Excellent communication and
observation skills Empathy, patience, and respect for patient
dignity Dependable, compassionate, and detail-oriented approach to
care Education & Experience Current and active CNA certification
Minimum of one year of experience in hospice, home health, or
