One provider requested. Inpatient & Outpatient Seeking providers experienced treating Multiple Sclerosis. Need providers certified in TOUCH Prescribing Program to prescribe Tysabri. Scheduled Clinic Hours Beeper Call Schedule: up to full time, minimum 2 wks./mo. Shift: Mon. - Fri. 8a-5p OT after 40 hrs./wk. Call: one week of call per month, Mon. - Mon.; not required Call Response: 20 min. Required Skills: EEG, Brain death exam PPS: 15 Locum to complete New Pt. appointments in 40 mins. and 20 min. follow-up appointments. Trauma Level 3 Facility No teaching or supervision required.
