Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 9 Weeks Shift: 12-Hour Mid Shift Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 1 Year Emergency Room Experience Required License: Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state/district Required Certifications: NIHSS, TNCC, BLS, PALS, & ACLS Required Must-Have: BSN Highly Desired Description: The Emergency Room is a fast-paced environment that treats every type of patient. Emergency Room nurses manage critical care skills such as medication titrations, arterial lines, mass transfusion of blood, and chest tubes. Patients range from urgent care (simple procedures) to psychiatric, pediatric, and critical care/trauma patients.
