Registered Nurse (RN) | Cardiovascular Operating Room Location: Lebanon, PA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $3,266 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 26 Weeks Start Date: 4/6/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Cardiac Open Heart Surgery Duration: 26 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (06:45 - 15:15) Experience: Minimum 2 years License: RN License required Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: Epic experience required Call expectations of every third day and at least 1 to 2 weekends per month. Description: Schedule requirements include Monday through Friday, from 06:45 to 15:15. Candidates will be expected to assist in the general operating room when there are no cardiac cases. All staff are expected to be flexible with unit needs. Candidates will be reviewed by clinical staff to ensure clinical fit. If clinical criteria are met, candidates will be forwarded for final decision by management. Manager interviews will be conducted. Candidates may be assigned to care for COVID patients. This is a tobacco and fragrance-free environment. Maximum time off request is 7 days. Floating to other departments is not required. Holiday coverage may be needed as per operational demands. Candidates must possess skills in various cardiac procedures including but not limited to coronary artery bypass graft, valve replacements, and atrial septal defect repair. Knowledge of infection control, specimen handling, wound management, and safety protocols is essential. Collaboration with an interdisciplinary team will be expected.
