Full-Time Dentist – Hegins, PA & Jonestown, PA & Williams Valley, PA Our well-established, patient-centered practices in Hegins, PA, Jonestown, PA , and Williams Valley, PA are seeking a driven, charismatic Full-Time Dentist for a unique opportunity to work in two thriving offices. Both locations offer strong patient flow, mentorship, and modern technology. Income is limited only by the candidate. We offer a strong work/life balance and a thriving practice with 40 new patients per month. We are looking for someone to work 2 days at each office, Hegins, PA & Jonestown, PA. OR full-time (4 days per week) at our Williams Valley location. Schedule Full-time Duties & Responsibilities Provide comprehensive general dentistry services Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care Collaborate with experienced EFDAs and clinical team Maintain accurate clinical documentation Participate in mentorship if desired Support a positive, team-oriented environment Requirements DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Active Pennsylvania dental license DEA license Strong clinical skills Driven, charismatic, and team-focused personality Pay & Compensation Daily minimum ($700-850 per day) for first 90 days and/or 35% of collections, whichever is greater, then 35% of collections afterwards Medical insurance Dental and vision coverage 401(k) with match Short-term disability Paid vacation Paid continuing education (CE) Paid licensing fees Malpractice coverage Buy-in opportunity available Modern technology including scanners and CBCT Long-standing team members and loyal patient base If you are looking for clinical autonomy, strong mentorship, and excellent earning potential in two established Pennsylvania offices, we would love to connect with you.
