Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. An onsite
Occupational Therapist position is available in Lebanon, OR,
supporting K-12 students, primarily at the elementary level. This
contract role aligns with the school schedule and offers flexible
hours within a 37.5-hour workweek across five days. Candidates with
an active Oregon state license as an Occupational Therapist are
encouraged to apply for immediate consideration and upcoming school
year opportunities. Key Qualifications: Current Oregon state
Occupational Therapist license required Experience working with
children in a school setting preferred Availability for immediate
start through June 12, 2026, with potential extension into summer
programming Location: Lebanon, Oregon (onsite school environment)
Responsibilities: Provide evaluation, treatment, and therapy
services to students ages K-12, focusing on enhancing their
functional abilities within the school setting Collaborate with
educators and support staff to develop individualized education
plans (IEPs) Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with
state and school regulations Participate in team meetings and
maintain open communication with families and school personnel
