Evaluate patient conditions and develop appropriate physical rehabilitation plans. Help patients improve their mobility and manage pain through exercises, therapies, and treatments. Educate patients and their families about the recovery process and what to expect. Consult and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to plan effective treatments. Record patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and maintain the highest standards of ethical conduct. Strong skills in physical therapy techniques and tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle a high caseload while maintaining quality care Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) software Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Physical Therapy license CPR certified Membership in the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) preferred
