Job Description:
Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to
join our team of rehabilitation experts. As a leader in inpatient

create customized treatment plans, and assist individuals in

develop an appropriate physical rehabilitation plan. Help patients
regain or improve their physical abilities through targeted
exercises and therapies. Implement patient care programs using
specialized techniques to facilitate independence. Educate patients
and family members about treatment plans and ongoing management
strategies. Assess and document patient progress towards recovery
in a detailed and efficient manner. Collaborate with other
healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Strong
understanding of physical therapy modalities and techniques.
Excellent patient assessment skills. Ability to design effective
rehabilitation strategies. Strong communication and interpersonal
skills. Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current
state licensure as a Physical Therapist. CPR certification
recommended.
