This is an ideal opportunity for both experienced GIs and new grads who are looking for a high-volume, patient-focused environment with a clear partnership track. Position Highlights: 100% outpatient No call (no nights/weekends/on-call responsibilities) Scoping days: ~14 procedures | Clinic days: ~20 patients 12 mid-levels & 14 physicians across the group EMR: G-Med (Modernizing Medicine) All major insurances accepted Compensation & Benefits: Base salary : Mid-$500Ks for new grads | Up to $600K for experienced Long-term earning potential : $700K–$1M Productivity-based RVU bonus Partnership track available (terms discussed during interview) BCBS health, dental, and vision (w/ coverage employer for family) Generous PTO CME annual allowance with time-off 401K/403B with 3.5% match Malpractice covered Licensing fees covered Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance Requirements: Board Certified / Board Eligible in Gastroenterology Experience required for the Malvern, PA location New grads welcome for all other locations MASC 103
