Job Description ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in York, Pennsylvania. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: OR - Operating Room - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/09/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: /n RN - OR /n/n Job Details: /n • Minimum 2 years of operating room experience required /n• Level I trauma experience required, previous travel experience required /n• Must have trauma and robotics experience (MUST HAVE) /n• Highly prefer thoracic and vascular experience /n• Must be proficient with DaVinci Xi robot and bonus points for DV5 DaVinci robot familiarity /n• Must be proficient with robotic general, gynecology, thoracic, and urology specialties /n• Prefer RNs who can both scrub and circulate /n• Must function independently in all specialties: robotics, orthopedics, general, GYN, urology, bariatrics, ENT, plastics, vascular, thoracic (excluding cardiac), and trauma /n• Weekend coverage required: 3-4 weekend shifts within a 6-week matrix /n• Call requirements: 2-3 calls within a 6-week matrix with 30-minute callback response /n• Holiday coverage as needed per department /n• Maximum 7-day requested time off per contract /n• Patient ratio of 1:1 for days, nights, and weekends /n• Care for patients of all age groups from neonates to geriatrics /n• Work in 18-room OR with daily census of 50-60 cases /n• Epic charting system experience heavily preferred /n• BLS certification required (AHA or ARC only) /n• Pennsylvania nursing license required with no license hits accepted /n• Tobacco and fragrance-free facility /n• Pre-start modules required (5-6 hours, billable) /n/n Facility: /n This healthcare facility operates a comprehensive Level I trauma center with a robust surgical program featuring 18 operating rooms and advanced robotic surgery capabilities. The facility maintains a high-volume surgical practice with 50-60 cases daily, offering a full range of surgical specialties including trauma, robotics, orthopedics, general surgery, gynecology, urology, bariatrics, ENT, plastics, vascular, and thoracic procedures.
