registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years RN experience

RN with Stepdown or PCU experience to provide high-quality patient
care in a dynamic healthcare environment. This contract position is
based in Bowie, Maryland, offering a 3x12-hour night shift
schedule. Key Qualifications and Experience: - Minimum 2 years of
nursing experience with PCU/Stepdown/IMC/Telemetry/Cardiac
Telemetry expertise - ACLS and BLS certifications required -
Successful completion of the Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam
with at least 80% overall, including 100% on lethal rhythms -
Ability to float to IMC, MS, and Telemetry units - Willingness to
work every third weekend - First-time travelers are welcomed and
supported Responsibilities: - Deliver comprehensive nursing care to
patients in the Progressive Care Unit/Stepdown setting - Monitor
and interpret cardiac rhythms accurately, applying critical
interventions as needed - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
to ensure optimal patient outcomes - Adapt to varying acuity levels
by floating between units, including IMC and Telemetry as required
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and standards while
promoting patient safety and comfort Schedule: - Night shifts, 7:00
PM to 7:30 AM, working three 12-hour shifts weekly Location
