Registered Nurse (RN) | Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma Location: Bel Air, MD Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,198 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/23/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: ER Holding Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required. First-time travelers with strong experience will be accepted. License: Active state RN license required. Certifications: BLS required. CPI required. NIH required. ACLS preferred. Must-Have: Experience in a variety of diagnoses. Comfortable floating within facility as needed. Description: This position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in ER Holding. The nurse will work 3 shifts of 12 hours each, from 07:00 to 19:30. The patient ratio is 1:5 during days and 1:4 on weekends. Every other weekend is required. Holidays may be required as scheduled. The nurse will provide care for a variety of patient diagnoses in an ER border area. Familiarity with charting systems is required. Experience with telemetry and interpretation of dysrhythmias is essential. The role involves managing a range of nursing skills, including IVs, hemodialysis, and cardiac care. The nurse will also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care. Strong communication and teamwork skills are necessary for effective patient management.
