Raisso is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a travel nursing job in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Stepdown Discipline: RN Start Date: 07/21/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Duties: Administer IV medications, titratable drips, blood products, and other prescribed treatments. Manage complex medication regimens and monitor for side effects or reactions. Perform thorough head-to-toe assessments regularly. Monitor fluid balance, wound status, and signs of infection or complication. Document changes and escalate concerns to physicians or rapid response teams. Use and monitor advanced medical equipment such as cardiac monitors, oxygen therapy devices, and telemetry systems. Troubleshoot and ensure proper functioning of all equipment.
