  • Lead project teams and staff in the development ofclient deliverables or internal business needs.
  • Serve as primary client contact or workstream lead oncomplex projects, liaise with client counterparts, and activelyparticipate in discussions on project management and work delivery needs.
  • Lead the development of quality work productsthroughout the development lifecycle from initial conception toimplementation.
  • Serve as subject matter advisor on client projects,providing recommendations to improve or transform processes to gainefficiencies and scale or reduce risk.
  • Engage with industry participants on market trends,competitive activities, and topics.
  • Lead specific discussions impacting the industry,potentially including with clients, industry consortiums, or trade groupsor committees.
  • Lead internal business development initiatives andsales opportunities, including the creation of external-facing industryperspectives, lead generation materials, or sales proposals.
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize business,operational, regulatory, and technology risks as well as risk mitigationstrategies.
  • Jointly manage resources and project economics tomeet business objectives within prescribed timeframes and budgets.
  • Support the recruitment, management, and retention ofour talent pipeline, including serving as a professional development coachand performance manager to junior staff.
  • Understand the impact of key technology trends andworkforce changes impacting our clients through engagement with innovativeand emergent technologies.Required Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, BusinessManagement, Economics, or related field.
    • 10+ years of experience working and managing a teamin the Regulatory function.
    • Operational compliance or regulatory management experience.
    • Experience in compliance program strategy andtransformational initiatives.
    • Knowledge of processes, controls, and regulatoryrequirements in core areas.
    • Direct experience in people management, preferablyleading cross-function project teams.
    • Strong project/program management skills, with acommitment to excellence in work product delivery.
    • Experience leading business transformation or changemanagement initiatives.
    • Direct working experience related to businessstrategy, product management, regulatory compliance, risk management,controls oversight, technology, or operations.
    • Experience managing recurring fiscal year sales andrevenue management targets.
    • Advanced aptitude with Microsoft Office products,particularly Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
    • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
    • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.Preferred Qualifications:
