Futrend Technology is looking for an NIH ORS Development Manager to join our team of industry leading professionals with significant upward promotion probability.





Roles and Responsibilities:



Solution Delivery

• Manage full lifecycle web and application development projects following SCRUM Agile, CMMI methodologies - - - -
• Manage development teams including business analysts, architects, developers, and testers etc. - - - -
• Provide development and release schedule into the master schedule - - - -
• Provide LOE and cost estimates, and project management reporting on development activities - - - -
• Ensure teams to follow scrum and make recommendations and implement improvements - - - -
• Work with the program manager and team to help the team to meet SLA and customer expectations - - - -
• Work closely with the customers to improve requirement gathering, testing and support process and customer satisfaction

  • Qualifications

  • 5+ years in managing development projects - - - -
  • Agile SCRUM certification required - - - -
  • Must have hands on experience with software development projects - - - -
  • Work experience in NIH, Federal Health IT agencies, research and academic institutions are a plusLocation: NIH campus in Bethesda MD, Rockville MD, metro Washington DC
