Position Summary: Reporting to the Service Delivery Leader, Revenue
Cycle Management, the Revenue Cycle Services Manager is responsible
providing subject matter expertise (SME) in all areas of revenue
cycle operations to a diverse set of clients within the Long-Term
and Post-Acute Care (LTPAC) markets. With your previous background
in healthcare revenue cycle management, you will operationalize
end-to-end workflows, billing, reimbursement & collections
processes for all contracted revenue cycle services. You will
leverage PointClickCare's latest Revenue Cycle Management Platform
to drive and enable strategic financial objectives for our
customers. This person interfaces with and presents information to
clients regarding all matters as it pertains to revenue cycle
services and operations. You will work with our customers and
stakeholders to ensure effective delivery and outcomes of revenue
cycle services contracts With excellent organizational skills and
healthcare billing experience, this position will inform and
educate customers on best practices to assure optimum revenue cycle
services performance. The Revenue Cycle Services Manager is a
trusted business advisor, building and maintaining strong working
relationships with customers and other key stakeholders to identify
and meet long term business needs. For you, no task feels too small
and no challenge impossible. This position may require travel to
client sites from time to time. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible
for the delivery and outcomes of revenue cycle services contracts -
Single point of contact for all day-to-day needs for assigned
clients for contracted revenue cycle services- Comprehensively
plan, develop, execute, lead and monitor client implementations and
ongoingservice deliverables- Educate, communicate and provide
actionable insights and recommendations to clients and key
stakeholders to ensure exceptional service delivery- Champion
innovation and implementation of new processes and methodologies,
and support change management with the client and key stakeholders
related to assigned revenue cycle services- Effectively manage
communications and follow up between key customer staff and
associated stakeholders- Ensures timely tracking of payer and
regulatory changes and keeps appropriate staff notified of changes
and/or updates that impact reimbursement for assigned clients-
Informs decisions regarding workflows and processes related to
revenue cycle services- Supports operations, as appropriate, in
calls or face-to-face meetings with customers to resolve
documentation requirements related to reimbursement issues- Assess
and train customer on duties related to revenue cycle requirements
to facilitate company's successful billing operations- Develop and
drive efficiencies and process automation and assist in building
lightweight infrastructure to support business objectives-
Coordinate service deliverables with all business partners to
ensure objectives are met and continuity in results.- Reviews,
analyzes and interprets accounts receivable data to monitor
progress toward established revenue cycle goals; identifies
deterrents to success and implements improvements as necessary to
enhance efficiencies and results- Conducts monthly A/R reviews with
customers and key stakeholders to ascertain status of accounts,
discuss collection strategies, and drive continuous improvement
Required Experience: - Post-secondary education, preferably in
Accounting or equivalent experience in health care revenue cycle
management- Subject Matter Expert in the areas of Private Pay,
Medicare, Medicaid, Applied Income, and Managed Care reimbursement
and regulations for Skilled Nursing Facilities- Understanding and
articulating the value of revenue cycle services and ways in which
financial performance can be improved and ROI attained - Capable of
presenting complex claims billing workflow information in an easy
to understand format- Expertise in configuration of and proper
documentation in PointClickCare Financial to ensure revenue is
optimized- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.-
Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills.- A passion
for teamwork, collaboration, and the ability to partner with and
influence cross-functional personnel- Analytical self-starter with
strong business judgment- Excellent project management skills with
sharp attention to detail.- Solid written and verbal communication
skills, with the ability to communicate technical accounting
requirements to a non-technical audience- Demonstrate leadership
skills in motivation, managing change, delegation, conflict
resolution, and written and oral communication. Facilitate regular
team meetings.- Comfortable making decisions in ambiguous
