This is an in-field position that requires you to visit our Retail partner stores on a regular basis to coach and manage your team of Energy Ambassadors that work onsite. Together we can work towards a brighter, more sustainable tomorrow.Our competitive compensation package includes base + commissionTop producers can earn between $97,000 - $160,000 (Uncapped Earning Potential)!Be part of our rewards and recognition programResponsibilities include but are not limited to:Recruit top talent Energy Ambassadors, with the help of the recruiting teamProvide ongoing training to team members, as well as in-field coaching to boost in-store rep productivityDrive towards team lead generation and sales goals set by Sales LeadersMonitor performance of Energy Ambassadors dailyKeep track of metrics and trends, and communicate them to upper managementMeet all team and individual sales targetsQualifications:Strong verbal communication skills and professional demeanor2+ years of prior canvassing or lead generation experienceExperience working in the solar industryAbility to work evenings and weekendsExperience leading a team of lead generationStrong business sense and industry expertiseWondering about pay?
