This dual role ensures cost-effective estimating and successful project execution. Candidates with software proficiency in PlanHub, QuoteSoft, and Bluebeam are strongly preferred. Responsibilities - Prepare estimates for labor, equipment, and materials - Review drawings, specs, and project scope for accuracy - Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables - Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors - Utilize PlanHub, QuoteSoft, and Bluebeam for takeoffs and estimating - Maintain client communication and satisfaction throughout projects - Track progress and resolve issues proactively Qualifications - Proven experience as an Estimator, Project Manager, or both - Strong HVAC system and construction knowledge - Proficiency with PlanHub, QuoteSoft, Bluebeam (preferred) - Excellent organizational and communication skills - Valid Driver’s License with clean record Salary Range $80,000 – $115,000 per year, depending on experience and software proficiency.
