Job Description Job Description Job Title: Production Worker Job Description We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Production Workers at our Annex facility. This role involves assembling flooring and drop ceiling products using hand tools and a tape measure, with the potential for training on machinery. Candidates should be comfortable lifting up to 30-35 lbs independently during their shift. Responsibilities Learn and have a working knowledge of all equipment and machinery within the Ceiling Grid department. Position parts and monitor operations on equipment while producing products at established production standards. Inspect panels or parts to verify specifications meet quality standards, maintaining established production standards. Notify appropriate personnel of any issues. Complete production reporting and quality paperwork accurately as required. Use banding equipment and hand-jacks to ensure proper movement or storage of products or materials. Maintain good housekeeping and follow established safety procedures. Adhere to all policies, procedures, and work instructions, including Employee Handbook, SOPs, MOPs, JSAs, and Safety Manual. Maintain awareness of individual contribution to and impact of quality, safety, environmental, and product compliance policies and activities. Report all quality issues, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions to the proper personnel. Essential Skills Experience with hand tools and tape measure. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with power tools. Familiarity with machine operation is a plus. Knowledge of micrometers and calipers is a plus. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.75 - $18.35/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
