Job Description:
Constellation, a leader in energy solutions, is seeking an
experienced Senior Regulatory Engineer to join our Regulatory
Compliance department. This role is crucial in ensuring that all
our energy operations adhere to local, state, and federal
regulations. The ideal candidate will guide regulatory strategy,
manage compliance processes, and oversee the submission of
regulatory filings. This role demands a deep understanding of the
energy industry’s regulatory environment and a commitment to
sustainable and ethical energy management practices. Join us in our

the United States. Develop and implement strategies to ensure
compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements. Prepare,
review, and submit regulatory filings and documentation. Analyze
and interpret regulatory rules and regulations to provide guidance
and advice to various departments. Collaborate with internal teams
and external consultants to maintain compliance and stay ahead of
regulatory changes. Manage the preparation of testimony and
responses in regulatory proceedings. Lead internal audits and
participate in external audits. Report on compliance activities and
developments to senior management. Strong understanding of
regulatory frameworks and filings in the energy sector. Excellent
analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficiency
in regulatory research and compliance management software.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with
regulatory bodies and cross-functional teams. Ability to manage
multiple projects and deadlines. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Compliance & Ethics
Professional (CCEP) preferred. Professional Engineering (PE)
license is advantageous.
