Position Overview: - Deliver direct services based on Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), monitoring progress and adjusting strategies to meet evolving developmental needs. - Create a positive learning environment within specialized classrooms and provide consultative support in community-based early care settings. - Develop and maintain professional relationships with parents, therapists, and community agencies to ensure a unified approach to each child’s growth. - Oversee a diverse caseload of eligible children, ensuring all services are delivered with high fidelity and identifying additional needs as they arise.
