Responsibilities As an Infant/Toddler Teacher, you will be given
the tools, resources, and training to: Navigate the day's
activities alongside our infants, offering gentle guidance and
support as they navigate their first steps. Manage the Infant
classroom ensuring compliance with all Office of Child Care
regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures. Provide a
welcoming and friendly classroom environment for all children,
parents, and visitors. Create and implement thorough, timely lesson
plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating in accordance with
Celebrees infant curriculum Ensure the classroom is a safe, clean,
and inviting space where curiosity can flourish. Accurately
complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records,
and attendance tracking Requirements: Must meet Virginia Department
of Social Services (VDSS) Lead Teacher qualifications Minimum of 23
years of experience working in a licensed preschool or early
childhood education setting One of the following credentials: CDA
(Child Development Associate) OR Associates or Bachelors degree in
Early Childhood Education or a related field OR Equivalent
education/training as approved by VDSS Current CPR and First Aid
certification (or willingness to obtain) Completion of required
VDSS training, including: Child Abuse & Neglect Health & Safety
Medication Administration (if applicable) Ability to pass all
required background check Preferred Qualifications 2 years of
experience as a Lead or Co-Lead Teacher Experience implementing a
structured or research-based curriculum Knowledge of Virginia
licensing standards and classroom compliance Experience mentoring
or supporting assistant teachers Passion for continuous learning
and professional development
