Counterintelligence Surveillance Instructor (CSC) - Senior Level Job Category: Training Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI with Polygraph Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Local--- *--- What You'll Get to Do:--- You are responsible for providing world-class Cl Surveillance Course (CSC) instruction.--- Plan, conduct , and - debrief instruction of discreet CI surveillance operations in support of Cl missions (JAW EO 12333, the Intelligence Authorization Act , and the DoD 5240./6) so that graduates can proficiently conduct discreet CI surveillance and closely observe the activities of a person of CI interest without compromising a Cl investigation or operation.--- Deliver classroom-based instruction and assess student performance in field exercises that frequently exceed 8-hours a day, includes weekends, and requires travel within the NCRTravel within CONUS is required up to seven (7) times per year for two weeks each time.--- You will provide CI subject matter expert expertise for course development, instruction, and mentorship in OFCO support to CI.--- Employ blended learning techniques to include a combination of eLearning tools, lectures, classroom discussions, team exercises, readings, case studies, role plays and demonstrations of required skills through work-related tasksYou'll Bring These Qualifications:--- TS/SCI and CI polygraph or ability to obtain poly.
* Five (5) years of demonstrated experience conducting, instructing, or supervising DoD Cl surveillance.
