Job Description Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION ASSOCIATE CREATIVE DIRECTOR, COPY Creative Department Reports to: SVP, Group Creative Director Job Summary The Associate Creative Director, Copy is an expert in art and successfully navigates both disciplines. They train teams to produce the highest-quality work that not only strategically delivers on client needs but anticipates them . They are expected to lead creative teams effectively, present new creative and strategic ideas to internal teams and clients, and help create new, effective agency policies and procedures. They are expected to take leadership roles in new business pitches and are responsible for maintaining team morale. At this level, advanced performance is expected in both individual and management skills, as well as demonstration of substantial value to the agency and the brand team. Additionally, the Associate Creative Director, Copy embodies the CalciumCompany values of commitment, integrity, and respect, both in their work and in their relationships with their co-workers and external clients.
